The course is run with theories, models and cases, which will prepare participants to understand, analyse and configure change that add value to the business entity, to the environment and the  society. This course will, for instance, explore why collective efforts matter and how business can be a catalyst for system-level change in the face of significant global issues, such as climate change and income inequality. Students will learn the need to examine the broader environmental, political, economic and social landscape in which they operate, including the role of government, investors, and customers.
